It’s sad to see a big budget productions resolve to mediocre solutions. The title sequence for LOST is so bad it makes me want to cry. It looks like it was made by someone who had gotten their hands on Maya for the very first time. The logo seems to be using the default material, and the tesselation settings have not been adjusted. This is visible as the logo comes into focus.
